Explain how a working relationship is different from a personal relationship

Working relationship
Personal relationship
Working relationship is a relationship where a person works with his colleagues, service users and different professionals under an organisation’s codes of conduct, and has little or no contact out of work. It is strictly professional.
A personal relationship is where one’s personal life, extracurricular activities and social life are involved with other colleagues, service users and different professionals.
Working relationship does not allow arguing; provide opinions, discussing interests and sharing personal life’s problem between participants.
Personal relationship allows arguing, opinions, discussing interests and sharing personal life’s problems between participants.
