you must have to aware of individual’s communication abilities. If you know the
person’s communication ability then you have to take into account whether any
aid or support necessary to establish effective communication. Suppose an
individual with hearing difficulties you are trying to communicate. You have to
ensure that individual has his hearing aid on before interaction. If there
isn’t any hearing aid then you have to send individual for an assessment to
local GP. And if you try to establish written communication with a blind person
then you must provide Braille transcription.
